Hi All and Happy New Year!
This is my first post back after the festive break…..relaxed, ready and detoxed for 2012!

Shooting a high profile politician such as the Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg on a walk-about is never an easy gig.
Trying to get a clean newsworthy image, without all the usual entourage (maybe a bit too glamorous a word for Nick Clegg) a politician seams to bring these days as well as my fellow photographers, TV and radio colleagues.

A quick visit to the CR Smith HQ in Dunfermline all done in less than an hour, quick edit in the car and the images are sent out to all the papers in the UK within 20 minutes of the Deputy Prime Ministers departure.
